I got this as I use mushrooms a lot, and thought it would be a nice wee addition to my kitchen gadgets.However the blades bent quickly and even though I reshaped them, I think its a flaw. It will struggle with big mushrooms, or older mushrooms that are less firm. On button mushrooms its perfect.Stronger steel blades are required!

Once I had fought my way into the slicer it was fine. Neat design, works well, not expensive. The packing the item is fixed in was very difficult to remove though.

I love it! I use it all the time....

A handy piece of kit for when you are in a rush, also the kids can use it if they want to help without you worrying about the chopping off ends of fingers!
