Don't know why, but Aleve PM works better for me than Advil PM, even though it contains less diphenhydramine than the Advil PM. If I do wake up, I can go right back to sleep. With Advil, I was waking up at least twice per night and sometimes not able to get back to sleep.I recommend Aleve PM.

So if you’re 30+ yrs old you start to get annoying body aches and pains. They also seem to be the most annoying right before or while you’re in bed. They probably keep you up at night too. You probably normally take a regular aleve or other pain killer and have to lay there thinking about how annoying that back or knee pain is until it finally starts to kick in... but thankfully there is aleve PM! The sleep aid in it lets your body relax and get to sleep while the pain meds start kicking in so there’s no ridiculous insomnia while you’re hurting. It’s gentle enough that you won’t wake up super groggy in the morning. Instead, you’re well rested and out of pain. I Live by this stuff! HOWEVER!!!!! If you have kids hide this bottle! It is NOT CHILD PROOF. Which for me (I have no kids) is awesome cause I don’t have to struggle with the bottle. But this should be secured away if you have little ones!

Works quickly to help me fall asleep

Very easy to open. The outside of the cap is rubber so it’s got a good grip to it and there’s no need to push DOWN on the cap and twist it off, just twist it off with very little resistance.I like having the combination of a pain reliever for the odd aches and pains AND something I can take right before bed (a lot of pain relief capsules have caffeine in them so will keep you up at night).

It is a good product as long as it is taken it in moderation

I've been taking Aleve PM for a few years now. I always had trouble going to sleep and sleeping through the night. With Aleve I get to sleep right away and sleep well all night long. Also it doesn't have any side effects.

Where have these been all my life?Love the easy open bottle. I take 2 before bed and feel brand new in am. They only make me slightly sleepy, so dont expect a true sleep aid.bBut an excellent pain reliever.
