I’ve used this in my garage gym, it’s brilliant! Easy to cut with sharp knife, miles better than the foam rubbish you see readily available on Amazon. It’s heavy enough to just lay down, I’ve had this in for over a year now, highly recommend.

If you need mats then these are it, simple as that your search is over, but then.Really solid, no smelly rubbery smell at all. We put them straight into a bedroom out of the box and they are great. Yeah it might be nice to have colours but if you need that then maybe get those foamy ones to put on top. These will protect the floor so well and reduce noise. Really good quality and well designed.

I bought this mat almost a year ago (May 2021) to create a small workout area in my top floor flat. I cannot fault it! I jump around and use for strength training 5-6x a week. It's durable and doesn't smell.Pretty heavy but that also stops them moving around. Excellent for use in a home or professional gym. Almost no sound when performing deadlifts.
