J Kara Women's Cap V-Neck Beaded Dress

After spending a ridiculous amount of time and stressing over a Mother of the Bride dress, Amazon came through!!First things first!You can pop it right over your head! No zippers to deal with. Comfortable for our October wedding!Use the measurements listed by the manufacturer in the description, not the size Amazon “recommends” based on previous purchases. I typically wear a size 12 jeans and an XL top. So I chose the bust size to fit first. Don’t be offended by the dress size being larger! Oh and I am 5’2” and opted for a petite. Umm awesome! Zero alterations needed! How amazing is that!?I will post more pics on wedding day!

Made well but the top was a bit heavy. The dress has a nice flow.

Dress fit very nice and looks nice initially. I have it hanging my spare room door and unfortunately beads are falling off. Definitely not happy. I haven’t even worn it for my daughter’s wedding next month. Disappointed as I may be out shopping again. I should have known when it arrived inside out as someone else probably returned it. Reordered dress. Skirt has flaws in it. Definitely disappointed.

This dress went right back. The dress was too tight. The dress was heavy, and the fabric was itchy. I gave it a 3 because some of these issues may be just about my preferences, but this is one of the worst things I have ever received from Amazon.

I love how this fits! J Kara's size 18 Petite fits me best. My measurements are 46-40-46, 5'3", but J Kara dresses are rarely available in that size. When they are available, they are always more expensive than the same dress in regular and plus sizes. (J Kara's dress prices change, especially in plus sizes.) Fabric is comfortable. Dress is lined. I can't write about durability because I haven't decided whether to keep this or not. Color of "gray" matches picture.

I purchased this dress for my daughter’s wedding. I ordered one size up and the dress fit perfectly. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I ordered the light blue…it is definitely grey. The dress fits loosely- I ordered by the bust measurement. The beading falls in a weird place (about 3 inches below the bust) and it is not at all flattering. I will be returning this dress.

Not thin chiffon, wrinkled, well made, for price good & beading done well, didn’t lose any.

I love this dress! I am 60 years old and purchased it for my son’s outdoor wedding. This dress is more beautiful than the photos can show. It’s elegant and has a youthful look, unlike some mother-of-the bride/groom dresses. The Amazon photos make it look much lighter than it actually is. It’s dusty blue and quite long. I’m 5’5” and it touches the floor with 3” heals on.. The beading makes it a bit heavy, so I’m not sure how it will feel in hot weather. Some of the beading is irregular or asymmetrical when comparing left and right sides, but no one would notice unless they inspected it carefully.

It didn’t fit so I didn’t keep it , it was ok but not the best quality chiffon for the price it’s more of a 150$ dress didn’t bother reordering/ service shipping and return was great

Very well made, no loose or missing beads. I ordered a 14P but was sent a 10P, but funnily enough it fits perfectly. Perfect for formal night on a cruise.

Very nice for mother of the bride dress, fits good, needed minor alterations due to me being short (5 feet).Very comfy!!!!WAY better then expected from ordering a dress online!I do recommend if you want something classy/fancy and comfy!
