Its a good mat, but maybe a bit narrow.However I like the thickness and that it doesn’t want to hold the rolled up shape when laid flat across the floor.It’s a bit too loud tho. Creaks and squeaks louder than any other one I had but that’s a really minor inconvenience

The thickness makes it visually bulky when rolled, compared to say typical ones. But otherwise when opened the size is very good and the thickness makes it very comfortable. It also doubles up as a nice sleeping mat, usually after losing an argument to the misses.

This is a nice, thick yoga mat with a strap the you could hang from your shoulder. I've used the mat 3 times since purchasing and it does the trick for yoga/ab workouts, but when doing planks or pushups, it stretches and my feet slip as the material isn't very strong. There are already some stretch marks/ wear from 3 uses, but you get what you pay for
