As effective as a retractable leash is, this product feels very plasticky and flimsy. The lock mechanism is also loose and was actually scared walking my dog with this. But the product held. Comes with poop bags and bag dispenser which comes in handy. Overall not bad just the quality seems not a very sturdy

After just a couple of days the leash keeps on getting stuck. Not worth the money. Ill have to buy another leash since I spend half my time trying to fix while walking my dog.
