This works!! And it’s natural.
This sleep aid is unlike any other I’ve tried. We’ve been using it for almost 2 years. Somehow it’s different than other melatonin products. I have tried other products that didn’t work at all, and even one that gave me horrible nightmares. Each of these pills is a low dosage, too, and my doctor told me I can safely take 3 of these to go to sleep. I take 30 or so mins. before bed. I’ve only found them in this package of 8, and they’re rather expensive, but worth it if you need help with a good night’s sleep.
