Same motor, different part number
The product details say that it's an OEM replacement for Lennox #7021-10376. That model was on the old unit, but this motor had 7021-12097 on it. All the specs look to be the same and it works perfect. So, not sure if Fasco changed the model they stamp on the A213 (you can see this all over Amazon and the internet that the Fasco A213 is the same as the Lennox #7021-10376), or if this was a misprint. But it worked perfect on our furnace. (I knocked off a star because of the label, which clearly doesn't match the product details).Note though that it does not come with a replacement gasket or the orifice (buy it from Lennox and it has 3 different size orifices and a gasket). The orifice goes in the hole that seats against the gasket and furnace, but you should be able to reuse the old one. Or find one for cheap on the internet. It also doesn't come with any installation instructions, but you can again get those on the internet. Not rocket science anyway.

part as described,
It fit and works and arrived fast even though I choose the 5-7 biz day shipping. very easy to remove and install One nut is hard to remove near the vent hose.. Also dont forget to take the orifice plate off your old blower that was sized for your furnace installation.

Fasco 213 blowere
This was a rapid replacement for my old unit. Dropped right into my Lennox unit with no adaptor needed for the power connector. You do need to reuse the orifice off the old motor that pulls right out of the hole facing the inside. Easy to see when you take the old one out. My old fan went bad due to blockage in the flue drain and was making a horrible noise. This is incredibly quiet in comparison. I highly recommend yuou clean out the condensation trap in the flue and the lines that run down to the drain while you are in there. A small piece of debris is all it takes for water to back up and get into the housing of the fan and damage it or cause it to not turn fast enough to let the pressure sensor know it is OK to fire the furnace. I got this in 2 days with prime and had heat 30 minutes later. Excellent after a month so I am hoping for many years of service. Local cost was nearly $400 and a service call would have increased this replacement to $600 or more. Amazon let me repair it fast for less than $155!

Damaged product.
Great price for the product and an exact match of what I needed but I am not impressed that mine came with the housing cracked. It was hard to see the crack so I don’t blame them much and I know it wasn’t cracked in shipping because the box was still in great shape that being said I’m not happy that when I asked to return the damaged product I had to pay $25 in shipping because they didn’t prepay for it.

Our furnace was making some seriously horrible noises. It was in the basement and you could feel the vibrations on the main floor, even if you were on the other side of the house. I opened up the panel and it took all of 20 seconds to figure out that the blower had issues. I didn't know what exactly was wrong with it, so I called the AC guy to take a look. He charged me $90 for looking and wanted another $600 to fix it. He also told me that you can't get parts for Lennox furnaces if you aren't a professional shop.I pulled the number off of the label. Found the exact same part here on amazon for $150. This came in the mail next day. Installation required removing 4 screws, unhooking the hoses and a wire connector from the old blower, hooking hoses and a wire connector to the new blower, putting in 4 screws. If you have a screwdriver and a small socket set you have everything you need to do this replacement yourself.

Easy Do-It-Yourself
My high efficiency furnace venter blower (inducer) started making a loud whirring noise when running. Yes, it had worn bearings after 11+ years of frequent use here in the northern tundra. Don't bother trying to fix the bearings. They are sealed and not easily serviceable. I copied down all the numbers from the old motor and Googled until I found the correct replacement part. My inducer is a two-speed motor. Some are single speed while others are variable. Make sure you replace yours with the correct one. I ordered on a weekend and the part arrived by Wed. Since I had no experience replacing this part, YouTube was helpful. The part swap was easy and took about 30 minutes. The wiring plug on the new blower matched what was installed. No wiring changes needed! Everything was an exact match. Remember to transfer the snap-in ring from the old part to the new blower. The blower has been installed and running for two weeks. It works at both motor speeds and runs quietly. I'm very happy with it. Don't be afraid of doing this on your own.

Wow!
This is one of the experiences that makes up for all the frustrations that go with on-line shopping and computers. Granted this is a simple part to diagnose, remove and replace but... I must have saved several hundred dollars avoiding an HVAC tech to fix my furnace. Exact OEM part- took longer to gather the tools than to change the part. Nice and quiet again. 49 hours after order placed. This was (by far) the best price but, comparing apples-to-apples, it doesn't come with the gasket (Lennox 52J98) that should be replaced at the same time. I found it for $15 on-line. Also, as mentioned elsewhere, be sure to remove and reuse the "orifice". It's red, blue or white depending on the BTU size of your furnace. Some more detective work I'll pass-on to the DIY family: the "Flue Transition" was leaking on my unit after 12 years. The old part number is (Lennox 67K45) and has been replaced with (Lennox 59M03). I found it for $106.

Incorrect wire connection
Blower did not work , when I installed the new one, it gave me error message pressure switch open. I then noticed that the wires on the electrical connection were reversed, black and red on opposite sides with white neutral wire in the same middle position. As you know plastic connection can only be made one way.
