I used to use Philip's Blu Light product, but I found that the blue light made me tired. So I scoured through Amazon to find the best white light light therapy lamp, and I came to the conclusion that Elm was probably the best one out of all I've seen on the internet. Plus the company seems to be reputable, based in Texas, and they give 10% of their proceeds to charity and it was only $25. So I said why not!The first day trying it, and it has sincerely improved my mood! The light seems very uniform, and it doesn't strain my eyes. Plus, I do feel that energy! Also, Elm has certified their product to be safe for the eyes through government regulations, which other products have not done so.I feel Elm is a brand I can trust for my eyes, it seems to be reputable, and they seem to take the right precautions. Plus, I do feel that my eyes are not strained, yet feel a great difference in the mood for my energy! I sincerely recommend this brand for those looking for a light therapy lamp. I feel it was made with love! Something not often seen in products like this.

I had to play with positions on this light, but currently have it pointed at an angle towards my wall where it simulates the sun angle. I start work at 5:30 am, so this helps wake me up, but is great for the gloomy days to improve my SAD. I didn't expect much for the price, and it has far exceeded expectations. Very easy to use and I like the broader base because it doesn't knock over easily. I have recommended to friends as a great purchase

Living in New England can be tough in the winters with short days and limited sunlight, so I’ve been looking for a light therapy device for quite awhile now! This is small and portable and is easy to move from room to room, I’ve even taken it to work with me a couple of times. Having multiple light settings is also pretty helpful since some rooms have more natural light than others, so that is a really nice convenience. The timer is very convenient since I don’t need to monitor the duration or even think about it at all. I noticed a difference after the first week and am very happy with this little device!
