GhostBed Mattress Foundation & Box Spring in One - Metal Platform Bed Frame with Steel Slat Support, Fabric Cover & Headboard Brackets - King

My husband needs a lot of support so I purchased a twin xl mattress foundation. I planned on keeping my box spring. We assembled the ghost bed and noticed it was significantly smaller than my traditional wood box spring. Anyways it turned out that it was 8.25”. I called and the customer service rep said that it could vary half an inch. She instructed me to email my photos to their quality control. I sent in my photos and they emailed that the industry standard is ABOUT half an inch. This is more than half an inch and I feel deceived. FYI these are non returnable. Obviously I would not have purchased this knowing they aren’t really 9 inches.

It’s not the easiest bed foundation you’ll ever put together, but it might as well be made out of a solid piece of rock once you do.The very Universe will sputter out and die, and this foundation will still not squeak, much less sag.You want to ditch the box spring? You get this.

Product arrived missing parts, which was not discovered until hours spent trying to assemble. Rendering it a useless piece of junk. Customer service was terrible, The only suggestion was we send a video to them and they will look at it, figure out what pieces were missing and return our call in 3 -4 business days! Very disappointed with product and company.

The base seems to be very sturdy and it looks great. However it took my very experienced husband and son over 2 hours to assemble as the instructions were useless.It only has brackets for the headboard and I'm really disappointed that there is nothing for the footboard. I bought it as I was under the impression that you could attach both.

Overall great foundation frame! Give yourself about an hour to put this together and grab a magnifying glass for the tiny detail assembly pictures in the instructions and a rubber mallet to pound the "snap in" pieces into place. Thankfully there were some extra plastic hole guards included because several had fallen out of the frame during shipping and were broken. We also received a screw-in leg that had no threads but their EXCELLENT customer service responded right away and got a replacement shipped out.

Great Ghost Bed! Arrived in perfect condition and easy to assemble. It is also durable and doesn't squeak.

I was very surprised by how well made this bed frame actually is! Super sturdy easy to put together and nice looking cover that can be taken off to wash it needed. Love it!

After reading some of the reviews was not sure what to expect in ease of assembly- however it was very easy if you read and use the tool included and it is very sturdy!
