While it does give you ample lighting and great colors, it doesn't quite make it. I hooked it up in my home just to try it out. It seemed to work perfect. It changed colors and rhythms. I plugged it in outside and for some strange reason it quit working. Oh not entirely, the colors kept changing, but I had no control at all over it. I even went out and purchased new batteries for the remote. Still nothing, it did not matter how close, front or back. Bottom line if all you want is a constantly changing light that won't even turn off. Well you have it. One last thing, I removed it and it is supposed to be an outside light. Outside as long as it doesn't rain. I had to open it up and drain the water out of it.

Bananas -- I got them on sale and the price was too good -- set up took a minute -- and that night we had the best of what has become along series of crazy wall washes. Nice one!

waste of money!! started flickering and going ON on its own after month and a half of being on my patio. Have to get them off now to pay for new installation.

This product is not what I had hoped. First of the device is not near as bright as I expected a 100 W LED to be. Secondly the remote control is horrible. You absolutely can not control the light from inside your house. You must be within Ten feet and a direct line of sight to switch the unit on and off. We needed this light for security reasons and can not be walking outside in the middle of the night to turn it on. I tried to rig a separate remote control to the device which does allow us to turn the device off from inside the house. Unfortunately the color of the light is again unable to be managed without going outside so it fades in and out from one color to another unless I walk out side and point the remote at it. Due to its dimness, this makes the security feature of having a nice white light mounted outside unavailable. And yes I have replaced w/ new batteries.
