I ordered the wrong color the first time I bought this hair - my fault. However, I LOVED the softness and feel of the hair so I ordered a second time and the color was SPOT ON PERFECT match for my hair color. I am bi-racial and I have ash brown hair with some blonde in it. NOT an easy find in the extensions world - everything is either too red or too brassy. Not the case for Color 2 Dark Brown to 8 Ash Brown Highlight 2 Brown Natural Tape in Hair Extensions Remy Straight 50 Gram 20pcs 16 Inch! So...I ordered another 20 pieces. Sadly, the company sent me the wrong color! Thankfully, they processed my exchange quickly and a few days later I had the proper color in my hands. I read lots of reviews that customer service is really good and I've found that to be the case.I have not washed them yet and I've only had them installed for less than a week so I'll post again later to update on longevity and washability (hence only 4 stars instead of 5). Fingers crossed because I ADORE the texture and softness.

This hair, so far, is amazing quality. For the price I was extremely skeptical, and honestly only made the purchase after coercion from a friend who had severe thing good to say about them. I bought two packs of 22” platinum and one pack of the 22” black and colored the blonde. They have been professionally colored, installed and cut and I could not feel more like that bitch. The hair is soft and not frizzy, the blonde hasn’t matted at all and I’ve had them in for about a week now and had my first wash last night. The quality post wash, with color safe shampoo and conditioner, is still amazing. The tapes haven’t moved and the ends- which are cut for my hair style of course- have yet to split or show any fraying, nor has any other part of the hair. I’m impressed with the quality overall and will hopefully update in the future with how they’ve held up. I have high expectations for this hair due to how great it has been paired with all the amazing reviews from internet reviewers and my friends personal experience. I would definitely compare quality to more expensive premium hair brands.UPDATE:I have had this hair in for long enough to need a color refresh and a move up. I have LOVED this hair! Thinning of course happens with tapes over time, and I will say I have noticed quite a difference in volume from the first install to this next one. Im not mad though! It feels and looks a little more natural now versus the very voluminous look I was going for previously. The ends are great with little to no damage or splitting and the tapes held hard the entire time. The blonde hair took my neon pink color with no problem and they have hardly even faded! The previously blonde extensions are also still smooth with no frizzing or matting as blonde extensions tend to occasionally do. If you take excellent care of your extensions, they will stay looking fantastic for the length of their life. I think the only thing that will prevent reuse- if you are in fact taking great care of them- is literally just going to be their eventual thinning. I which happens with any brand of tape in extensions!My only gripe is how difficult it was to separate the tapes from my natural hair. This may be due to the citrus based extension tape remover I used, which I had never used before. I purchased it at my local wig store and it was very irritating to my scalp making it extremely uncomfortable to bleach my roots. It was like fire, and I bleach my roots every single month. There also was a considerable amount of adhesive left on my natural hair which was very difficult to remove.So perhaps it was the remover, but god damn. If you’re concerned about the strength of the tapes, don’t be.I will absolutely buy these again and will recommend them to anyone.

so my hair is about shoulder length in the front and the back layer is a little longer. it's super damaged from coloring it bleaching etc. I was very hesitant to try tape ins by myself at home but I've always bleached my hair toned it, you name it I've done it. I tried a set of clip-ins and they bothered me, they hurt my head and I actually loved them so much, the look of them I thought why not try tape ends so I read so many countless reviews about the quality and the customer service on this company and couldn't help it to try them. I ordered 16 inch at first and I did not like the way my hair he was laying with the longer layer so I ordered 10 in 12 in and 14-in and went ahead and layered all of it in and it actually turned out very well. I had an issue with some mismatch coloring on the same exact colors but it must have been an off batch and I messaged the company and right away they were willing to fix both packs. they were quick and easy and friendly and anymore that's hard to find so I really couldn't ask for more. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future and everything has gone the way I expected it to go. better actually. I've had a few tapes that didn't want to stay in that slipped but that could be user error. with the help of YouTube you can do anything! LOL if you're thinking about doing these then don't hesitate. just do it! you'll love it I promise. you'll feel beautiful and love your hair. mine's far from perfect but it's much better than what it was before. I put photos on of it straight because my hair is stick straight, a picture of my hair before when it was waved and a photo of it after I used a wand to curl it which was my first time ever using a wand and I think it turned out okay. I havent had tape ins before but i got these to try foe the first time and for a first time these are decent!! They do start feeling dry at the ends but i love them. I might get these one or two more times but i will probably find a better quality after

So I ordered 4 packs of hair about a month ago and installed it. Loved it so much at first!! Unfortunately it seemed like they got tangled and frizzy within a couple weeks even tho i wasn’t using heat or washing much at all. So why am I still purchasing from this company and leaving a good review? Because this company will literally do everything they can to make the situation right. They sent me 3 new packs of a different color that I was hoping to try out. They had me send them the batch number for the bad hair I received so they could try to avoid sending the same batch to other customers. Assured me it shouldn’t have been that way and replaced my entire order for free. I couldn’t be happier with the customer support. They answer within one day too!! You’re making a bet on other brands but this brand will GUARANTEE you get what you paid for and that you are happy! Love love love full shine.

I have used extensions for 20 years, &only used high end extension shampoo/conditioners. I rarely use heat on my hair. And wash it maybe every 4-5 days. It is always braided at night. And usually pinned up during the day as I am an Optician. The first few washings were ok, but then it would matt and tangle if left down for any time. After the 4th wash I was finding broken hair on the floor at work, and total mess at the bathroom sink. I am very disappointed with the product and will not be purchasing again.So, update!I was contacted by the company, and they were upset by my review. I told them that was what the batch of hair I got was like... They assured me that this was not the case at all, and refunded my money for all the troubles I had gone through.AND!! AND, they sent me a new setting try, (my choice) as they were upset about my oppinion.Well, I recieved them today, and they are beautiful!They are silky and soft,yet add so much natural looking volume to my hair!... I am shocked that this is the same company!... the first order must have been a bad batch or something, because this one is so lovely...So if you are reading this, my first review was a one 🌟... this order is such amazing quality and value for the price! I have paid 10x more for much poorer quality!The determination of the company to get me to "just try it" was also impressive, because I don't like junk..and the first set was not good... but, they were persistent that their product really IS EXCEPTIONAL!... I can't explain how incredible the customer service is. I've ordered many fullshine tape in packs over the years, and recently received one that just didn't hold up. They immediately corrected this, were so fast to reply. Checked in throughout to make sure everything was ok.In a time where it seems like no one cares (especially sellers on Amazon) it's so amazing to know they do. These are probably the best tape in hair extensions I’ve ever purchased in my life. As a certified hairdresser I’ve paid a pretty penny for tape ins that I couldn’t even reuse because of how bad the quality became, and that we’re thin at the ends. But these extensions are amazing. They’re insanely soft, thick from root to the ends, I didn’t even have to cut them when put on because they blended so well. My hairdresser who installed them on me was In shock as well that these were from Amazon! The tape is STRONG and I’m reusing them for a second time now! Take care of the hair as you would your own hair and they’ll last you very very long! I’m so happy and will never order from another brand again lol. They also have a beautiful natural wave if you let them air dry!

The media could not be loaded.  Easy to install. I use them with single sided tape for more comfort. Look so silky and really confortable for my clients. They keep them 8 to 10 weeks 👌🏻
