6 is to big for small fish. Bigger than I thought they be. Good product anyways.

I love fishing poppers!
These are great for multiple color choices. Sometimes I switch out colors several times to get the one fish are hitting. These little poppers catch fish. A size 6 or 8 hook will catch just about anything. Would recommend.

Good quality, excellent value
I used to swear by Accardo popping bugs for catching bream on a fly rod. Accardo went out of business a while back and since then I’ve been paying $3 to $5 for popping bugs that often fell apart quickly. These are going to be my go-to popper from now on. Well made and fish love them. A little paint does get chipped off, but that happened with Accardos too. Doesn’t decrease their attractiveness to bream or bass. The price for 25 is unbeatable.

My fault..
These are fine, for what they are. The body is good. The tying is fine. The hook size, which I neglected to think through before purchasing, seems disproportionate to the body. These will be fine for bass. Maybe even great. Not much use for bluegill. Just too big a hook. Someone tell me otherwise if you have a different take.Since I haven’t fished them much, I can’t say how well they hold up.
