HMB 1000 Supplements - 1000mg Per Capsule for Muscle Growth Retention and Lean Mass Post-Workout Recovery Support

First day taking it and I already noticed way less muscle aches after my HIIT workout this morning. I did my workout fasted today instead of eating first since I have these now (took one 15 min prior to starting workout).I am very much out of shape, so I tend to feel aches after every workout. I tried doing a fasted workout a little over a week ago without HMB and my legs were aching all day. Even when I eat before working out I ache a significant amount. But today (with HMB) the aches were the lowest since I've started working out. I will definitely continue taking one of these every morning that I work out, and do so fasted.

I am not saying this does not work but it did not do anything for me...I took it to try to grow muscle mass as I am very thin. I took it for 2 months with no results...But because it did not work for me does not mean others have not gotten benefits from it...All you can do is try.

After about a month of use I notice I've finally been able to start gaining muscle. I had been stuck at the same weight for a few months and a couple weeks after using this product I've been gaining about a pound a week. I'm female, 39 and was stuck at 147 pounds.

This did not do anything at all for me. I have tried most 'natural' products. So far they have all been a gimmick. Nothing a good diet and proper exercise won't give you.

I didn't notice any difference in my size after taking it for a month, but that's technically the point of the supplement. I also didn't go to the gym and I believe it would be effective if I took better care of myself.
