I absolutely love this book. I have enjoyed following Five Minute Mum on social media but having this book has really opened up my ideas and motivation to carry out little moments of connection, fun and learning with my kids. My children often reach for the book themselves and are able to pick which game they would like to do. The book has helped to also I’m read my confidence in parenting and helping my children learn. It has empowered me to know when to say “enough is enough” and not battle over too much homework!! Definitely recommend having this on your shelf!

Just buy this book! My 6 year old who hates to write has really engaged with some of these ideas from making his own joke book to laughing at silly sentences. You can dip in and out and amend games for the ages, I have played some with my 3 and 6 year old and just amended it to suit each. I have started to use some of the games to make homework more exciting as well as doing extra games for them. Totally worth it and I have only actually done a few games so I know the more I do the more worth I am going to see. Thank you!
