I was looking for a knife that was very sharp and one that could cut through food like butterIts not like it couldnt cut through the foods i was looking for but it wasnt as smooth as i wanted it to be.The handle in my opinion is not as comfortable.If youre looking for a very sharp knife, i wouldnt recommend this

持ち手が握りやすい形状になっているので、長時間刻み料理をしていても手が疲れません。切れ味も抜群に良く、肉も魚も無理な力を入れずに切れて、そのうえステンレス製なので、キレイを保てるのが嬉しいです。刃渡りも20㎝もあるので、大きなスイカも楽々切れました。果物ナイフやパンナイフもトラモンティーナで揃えたくなりました。

切れ、新品ということもありますが、良いです。切れ味が良いと、調理も嬉しく捗るような気がします。サクッとスムーズに引けて切れます。持ち手も握りやすく、フィット感よく扱い良いです。持っていても、重さも特に気になりません。それなりに手入れはしてますが、耐久性にも期待したいです。
