This does not fit the Weber Q100/Baby Q. It is too long and will not mount. If you have the tools you can try to cut just enough off the fitting end to make it fit, but (1) why should you have to have a tubing cutter and reamer to make something fit that is supposed to? and (2) if you use a tubing cutter, the end will not fit over the fitting.Your best bet is to buy some oven cleaner and/or a single .036" wound guitar string (about $1.00 here on Amazon) and clean the holes in your original burner. If you go the guitar string route, you can open a business cleaning Weber Q burner elements because you only need about 1" of the string to clean 3-4 burners. So one entire guitar string will clean about 200 burners. Then you can buy a new grill.

"Perfect Fit"--the merchandise description.No, no, no. It does not fit. As other reviewers have noted, it is too long. It did not in fact fit in my Weber Q1200. No, I am not going to cut it down to size. It's going back to Amazon, and I am going to buy the real Weber OEM product. I will never buy a cheap knockoff like this again, even if the real thing costs more than twice as much. Lesson learned.

Lower quality replacement. Appears to be thinner tubing and messy spider screens. But it fits (with a little encouragement) and has flames so at the price you really can't complain. Last burner made it two years so we will see how long this one lasts.

The SHINESTAR 69957 60040 Burner Tube replacement part was very simple to install and has made the grill cook like new. I recommend it.

This is a perfect fit for my small Weber grill. I had to watch a YouTube video to see how to change it out, but it was super easy. It's a great quality piece that matches the quality of the original.
