Got this today and was very disappointed. The "pan" is nothing more than a hoop of non-magnetic pot metal with a mesh of flimsy plastic stretched across it. The "silicone" is only about one-sixteenth thick.Figured I'd give it a go anyway, so washed it in soapy water, rinsed, dried and set it in the oven to preheat to 420F.Less than 3 minutes later, the house is filled with foul smoke and every smoke detector is blaring. After airing out the house (in the dead of winter), took another look at the hoop.It looked brand new so, thinking maybe it just needed a one time bake to out-gas toxic chemicals, I set it in an old toaster oven at 420F in the garage. But after 30 minutes it was still smoking. There's no way we're going to trust this around food.I am returning this and shopping for some other brand of pizza pan.

These are the best pizza pans I have used. We make slot of frozen pizza and have been through many different styles and brands of pans. I love throwing them in the dishwasher. The only thing is you need 2 hands when removing from the oven as the silicone stretches, it returns to normal as soon as it begins to cool. The first 1 -2 uses they created an awful smell but did not cause any harm or flavor change to pizza.

Tried it once and it smoked up my entire house. Temperature was set to 420 degrees. My other silicone based products didn’t give off so much smoke.

Sturdy and makes crisp pizza!

Ordered two. Just opened them yesterday and have3nt had a chance to use yet. But I have had the best pizzas from restaurants when these are used. Can't wait to use ours!
