I ship very light weight things with hardly any weight and 20 percent of the bags lose air before I even ship. I have played with the settings and have just given up. If it was half the price, it might be a good buy. I would spend the money on a more expensive unit next time. Communication is good between the seller but the product just falls short for 1K.

Did not work upon arrival. Wasted half a roll of air pillows and three hours trying to get it to work as I desperately needed the air pillows. It would feed the pillows but not blow them up. During the busy Christmas season especially, I really didn’t need to waste my time on this machine. So frustrating!

Works how it supposed to about 70% of the time. Air pillows get jammed constantly. Have tried adjusting setting but air pillows stil get stuck. Cheaper than bubble wrap and saves time
