Was bought as a gift but recipient delighted with quality and the gentle noise level.

Purchased two water features at Christmas for my Mother and Mother in law to use in their gardens.With the weather improving we unpacked and assembled, or should I say tried to assemble the items only to find that the sealed units for connecting the pump to the power supply had been fitted incorrectly during the manufacturing process which meant that the cables would not screw together.Contacted the seller today, albeit outwith the 30 day window and explained that we had just unpacked and assembled the unit to find the fault.The response was a 10% refund as a gesture of goodwill (for a faulty item) and to use silicone or tape on the joint to prevent water getting in.Not the response I expected, as aside from being dangerous water will always find its way through tape or a makeshift repair.Be very careful with this seller, I intend to raise the matter through Amazon as the item hasn’t been used and immaterial of the faulty workmanship, the item should be covered by a 12 month warranty

Very quiet

This inside water feature was bought to give a spa feel to one of our bedrooms.It looks absolutely lovely but the sound/vibration of the motor is a lot louder than the sound of the water trickling

This is a very pretty water feature, unfortunately the bottom split after a year and burnt the motor out. Complete waste of money buy something better. Supplier refused to offer any replacement or assistance. Apparently they only have a 30 day window for complaints which is absolutely ridiculous.
