Q: I would like to use this camera on the front of my vehicle. Where would I attach the power cable to please?

Hi! Under normal circumstances, we do not recommend using this model PAL-142 camera as a front-view camera, because the horizontal angle of 115° is not wide enough and the installation position is considered. It is generally recommended to be used as a side-view camera or a rear-view camera. If you use it as a front-view camera, you can take power from ACC and add a switch box so that you can turn off the camera when not in use. Q: Is this compatible with kenwood dmx125dab head unit?

hi , i have tried different cameras on control boxes. they have worked once you figure out how to wire them !!! some are better picture than others it's not that expensive , i would give it a try

Q: What's the difference between the ntsc version and the pal version?

Hi! The difference between the ntsc version and the pal version are the PAL-142 camera has been upgraded on the cable material and package, the TV video system (NTSC) has been changed to PAL, which is more suitable for most European head units. Q: Is there an adapter available that can convert the 4 pin to RJ45 Ethernet?

Hello! Thanks for your inquiring on our backup camera. Sorry there is no way at this time, we do not have this adapter. This model PAL-142 camera comes with 4pin connector, but the connector is between the camera unit and the power harness, not directly plugged with monitor, and the connector for monitor is standard RCA. As for your RJ45 Ethernet, I assume that it's a special connector, and even you can get a camera with RJ45 Ethernet on Amazon, the pin configurations may not match, so I would recommend you to buy the camera from the original supplier or purchase a new kit with camera and monitor together.
