Kasper Women's Plus Size Stretch Crepe Sheath Dress

Kasper clothes are very well made. This dress is fully lined, zips up the back, and falls just below the knees. It runs a little large, but that's okay. It's not large enough to go down a size, unlike the Kasper pants that I ordered I'm now returning. This is a dress that will last for years and can be paired to any jacket for any occasion. I have several jackets for different seasons by Kasper that look great with the dress.

I normally wear a 16W, but as this is a sheath dress, I sized up )18 W) as I am large chested (40 DDD) and have large thighs. I had to take it up about a 2 inches in the side. I think the dress is true to size.I wore this with a crocheted long shrug to my husband's promotion ceremony, in Savannah, outdoors. The heat index was 110 that day. The dress was cool and easy to move in. I got several compliments on it!

I ordered this dress for an event that required wearing white. I was excited to get the dress, but it had a small stain on the bottom that looked like it could be mildew. I tried the dress on to see how it fit and it fit well, so I ordered a replacement.Imagine my surprise when the replacement dress had a large stain, also mildew looking, across the body. So, now I’m rushing to find something white to wear that is appropriate because both dresses must be returned. 2 points for brick and mortar.

Kasper is historically known to have a beautiful clothing line of high quality. I am so thankful for the 2 day Amazon Prime delivery of which I am a participant, as well as the elegant white sheath that I ordered. The fabric is lovely and I am very pleased. This is the perfect, classic little black dress. Very well made and classy looking. Unfortunately, because of my body shape (short, heavy thighs and buttocks) the dress doesn't hang right - it rides up in the back giving me a funny look. I had to return.

This dress fits like a glove! The material is great, has a little bit of stretch to it. I love the length, just past the knee so it is modest and professional appearing. I always have trouble with gaping at the armpit holes but this fits perfectly and you can't see anything peaking out around the edges. Will probably buy the black one as well!

These Kasper dresses are perfect - classic, and of highest quality; the lining makes it a cinch to dress quickly - add a jacket or a scarf or sweater. Minimal wrinkling, and a timeless style... this was a bargain price...!
