Perfect
I bought to use with dream in me portable play pen and it fit perfect. So much more comfortable then the mat it comes with. Very soft and good quality.

Information on fit for Graco playards
The playard I have is the Graco Pack 'n Play® Playard with Newborn Napper® Station LX, the link is here:[...]The manufacturer dimensions for the playard are 40" x 28.5", so if yours matches these dimensions but have different colors/features, the fit should be the same. When I was looking at reviews, I found differing opinions on the fit of the mattress. Some said it was perfect, some said there was a large gap. The mattress does drop neatly into the base of the playard (I removed the bottom mat that came with the playard before putting the mattress in). However, the mattress is far from snug. It fits, kind of, but it is not a perfect fit. Without pushing the mattress off to the sides, there is a gap around the edges of the mattress and the sides of the playard. Since the sides of the playard are flexible, you can't really measure the width of the gap. Around 2" if you don't force it, 4" if you do. So the gap is not big enough for a baby to fall into and get stuck, but it is definitely not snug like a crib mattress is to a crib. So while you're looking at the gap and wondering if it's large enough to be a risk, there's a giant warning tag on the playard that warns not to use any mattresses that did not come with it.I tried putting the mattress about the playard pad, and I tried putting the playard pad on top of the mattress. This does not resolve the gap. I will try to upload a picture showing the gap of the mattress and playard, if I can figure out how.Edit: I uploaded an image showing the size of the gap.Bottom line, it fits the Graco playards, but not perfectly. If you're ok with a small gap around the sides of the mattress, then it will be fine for you.About firmness and the plastic-y sound:The mattress is all foam, and pretty firm. Since baby mattresses are supposed to be firm anyway, I didn't feel like it was too much. The baby should not sink down into the mattress when laid on it, and she doesn't. The mattress does have a plastic covering, but I didn't hear it make any noise when she shifted around on it. It's not like it's that plastic stuff that some people use to protect their couches, it's a much smoother plastic. Now for sheets:The regular Graco Pack n Play sheets do not fit, they do not accommodate for the 3" depth of the mattress. You can squeeze the mattress into it if you try, but it will warp the mattress. Graco Pack 'n Play Sheet, Grey <--- These do not fitThe American Baby Company 100% Organic Cotton Interlock Fitted Pack N Play Sheet does fit perfectly. The manufacturer dimensions for the sheet are 39" x 27". I would recommend these sheets, they are organic, very soft, and a decent price. Somewhat firm but not a lot
It’s a nice mattress but could be more firm. It’s good for the price. I have a Graco Day2Dream pack n play and this mattress is about 1-2 inches too short. The width is perfect but fyi it’ll be a little short if you have the same pack n play.

Good product for the price
This is the 2nd pack and play mattress I've purchased from Dream on Me. They've both been the 3in thick kind. It's a solid good product. They fit snug in my two different Graco pack and plays. As an attestment to durability, the first matress I used for my kid's naps and traveling until my kid was about 2yrs old and outgrew it. My 3 month old child now uses the matress for sleeping in our room overnight until he transitions into his own room. It has held up well and it's still firm. I purchased a 2nd matress for naps at his Nancy's house in a pack and play. They're easy to wipe down. In regards to it being noisy, I would say it's mildly crinkly. I use a matress cover and sheet over it and I think it's fine. It hasn't affected either of my kids sleep which is most important. For that reason, I gave it 4 stats because I'm sure there's better out there that are super quiet and more bed like, but obviously for a premium price.

Works fine, fits pack n play (including in bassinet attachment), good for price
We've moved our 5-month-old into the pack-n-play (using the bassinet attachment) out of a smaller bassinet and I wanted something to improve the sleep surface. The regular "mattress" for our Graco Pack-n-Play tends to buckle a bit because of the folding parts, and it dips when it's in the bassinet attachment. We've sometimes used a firm piece of cardboard under the regular mattress, but we didn't have a piece handy for this baby.I looked at this mattress (25-GR) and the other one on Amazon for Graco models (25C-GR). I chose the 25-GR because my pack-n-play has square edges (not curved), and the 25-GR information says it's a half inch longer and wider than the 25C-GR and I was worried about space between the mattress and mesh sides, and it was a few dollars cheaper.I wanted the mattress to fit in the bassinet attachment and wasn't sure if it would - reviews seemed contradictory, and when I emailed the company (Dream on Me) they said that it wasn't designed to fit the bassinet. But the mattress ABSOLUTELY fits our bassinet attachment. One corner crumples a tiny bit on the bottom edge (bassinet corners come in a bit), but I can shift the mattress around a bit so I think it's more a function of the softer bassinet edges rather than a fit issue. Also, anyone would see this once you put in the mattress, but obviously the mattress raises the surface of the bassinet by 3 inches. For us, this means that there are now only 6-7 inches between the top of the mattress and the top edges of the pack-n-play. This shortens the amount of time we can use the bassinet attachment safely (but that's not a big deal for us).The quality of the mattress is okay. When I took it out of the package I thought it felt cheap - it's really just a piece of foam covered with a thin-ish vinyl-y cover. I'm pretty sure it would rip or break easily. But for under 30 dollars, and for something that's going to be kept in the pack-n-play covered in a sheet, I think it's fine. The mattress surface is firm/flat enough to be safe for a baby. Ours is 13 pounds and she doesn't indent it or cause it to sag. However, it's not structurally firm enough to not be responsive to the underlying surface. So for us, there's a tiny bit of curvature because of the underlying lame pack-n-play board mattress. But I can only see that because I'm neurotic and looking for it, and if the mattress were on the bottom of the pack-n-play (instead of in the bassinet portion) it'd be completely flat. The mattress isn't at all plush, so I wouldn't say it's comfortable, but as a parent who's uber concerned about safe sleep surfaces this meets my needs.I'll probably update this review as we move the mattress to the bottom of the pack-n-play (instead of using it in the bassinet attachment), but right now it doesn't seem that there would be space between the mattress and the sides. The sides are mesh, however, so that doesn't mean that we (or the baby) couldn't *make* space.

Great Cat Bed! Baby, Not So Much...
I give this item 3 stars because it fit my mini crib perfectly (which we all know is important when it comes to infant crib mattresses) but as a product on it's own, I'd give it a 1 and that's only because the cat likes it.The Dream On Me crib thankfully came with a 2" mattress I was using in the meantime. I needed to continue using it as a topper for this mattress, because it's way too hard.I even pulled the firm foam infant mattress from the regular sized crib (it is not a cheap mattress), put both mattresses on the floor, and lied down on them. Yikes. The mattress I pulled out of the normal crib was firm, like an old spare bed you get stuck sleeping on at Grandma's house. Uncomfortable if you're used to sleeping on something softer, but you'll manage. This one was comparable to throwing a piece of vinyl on a carpeted basement floor. Therefore, I would not recommend this product.

Received a fake product?
I don’t even know what to say or think. I have owned 2 of these previously and loved them so why would I think the 3rd would be any different? When it arrived it completely stunk and had a weird fake replica quality about it. Was not sewn the same at all. Was literally a crinkly plastic bag with the pattern on it that was all one piece and bunched and gathered to be seen just at the back without any of the finishing seam cover. Weirdest thing I’ve received on amazon to date. Extremely disappointed and worries about purchasing another. I returned this item and amazon made me pay half the price of the item to ship it one province over. Luckily I was able to get a credit for amazon products only by calling the elusive customer service number, so at least there’s that, but wow. What is going on.

Great Product
Great product!!! Fits my Cosco play pen perfectly with no gaps around the perimeter of the mattress!! We have an Ingenuity play yard and this mattress is a bit too small for the Ingenuity. My 4 month old sleeps on this mattress comfortably. It is not as firm as I was expecting based on some of the reviews ... seems to be the perfect level of comfort for my little one.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
It will have to do, however there are a few issues with this mattress. the first being that it is way too small for my Ingenuity play yard. We are using towels on the side and then placing the mattress cover over everything. Secondly, this mattress is not firm AT ALL. It is way too soft. Thirdly, it's loud. It doesn't matter if you have a mattress cover... It sounds like my son is sleeping on paper bags again Definitely DO NOT recommend. Terrible.
