I have purchased many different resistance bands in the past, yet nothing compares to the Kaizen Fitness Resistance Bands Set. The hooks where 5x larger than my last set. The heavy duty bands are professional grade and I have really put these bands to the test over the past couple of weeks and they have performed amazingly. I know these bands will last me a lifetime, as my strength grows I can easily just add another band to the hook for extra resistance. Kaizen Fitness also gave me access to over 50 Exercise Videos with my purchase, these videos showed me how to use the bands correctly and with proper form. The videos are very clear for me to understand and I have learnt many new exercises to add to my workout regime. The videos are also separated into different muscle categories, this makes it easy to separate my workouts up and also lets me work on my weaker areas. The portable carry bag also allows me to take my bands to my shop so I can exercise in my free time. I also take the door anchor and ankle straps to work so I can work on my lower stomach and give my abs a good workout in my lunch break. Its only been 2 weeks now and Im already seeing results, I can also see improvements in my strength, fitness and my waist line :) Now I feel more motivated than ever, knowing these bands are going to get me into the best shape of my life. Received quickly. Bands are of wonderful quality and all pieces were included. Just knocking off one star because I did not receive any instructions for using these and also no instructions on how to access the “free” exercise videos. Otherwise a pleasing transaction.

I thought the bands will be adouble layer tecnology for anti snap. So its dont look like adouble layer but it feel like agood quality. The resistance feels good and so far it works great. there are ather companies with adouble layer tubes that brings much more resistance. yet i recomend it for peaple wich arent extra strong. good set for this price, thanks

I just received these exercise bands and they appear to be of very good quality, but the package did not include any information on how to access the exercise videos or any type of instructions for using the bands.

Arrived quickly was as described, Bag is a sack pack. Well made product, Toss up on workout chart or videos, will say videos fill in the gaps in the exercises. Very happy with this purchase.

Great to have to do work outs while on the run

Very nicely made and love the bags to keep them organized. I keep them at work to use down in the gym at lunch time. The bands especially, allow for a quick heart-pumping workout. Highly recommend this product.
