We use a spoon to hold the cap on the bottle,while we turn the bottle upside down and dip it the boiling water for 5 seconds. Ta-da!

One size. They fit the standard wine bottle. Just different colors.

Q: Are these for twist off bottles or bottles with corks?

They are for bottles with corks.

Q: Will these work for wine bottles with screw covers?

It is hard to say without knowing the exact measurements of the bottle’s neck. These capsules are meant for bottles with corks, so any bottle with the same sized neck (or smaller) should work. I would recommend comparing the neck sizes before ordering.
