I tried something similar at my gym and it felt great on my back. I wanted something like it for home use. Unfortunately this was much harder and smaller than what I hoped for and did not offer the same relief.

This thing is like laying on a brick. I have one other one it's a little bit softer than this one but this one was very hard.

This little gem is a godsend. I have spent so much money on massages and the electronic back massagers. None of them worked as well as this tiny device. It worked out a knot i’ve had for years. As a bonus, it also cracked my back! It cracked all the vertibrae with hardly any pressure at all. Gravity does most of the work!Tips: use a pillow, and beware of rug burn. Moving your hips will increase it’s effectiveness.

The description says it's "firmer than the tennis ball, but not like the hard plastic balls". Uhm, this booger is way firmer than a tennis ball and feels like a hard plastic ball. There's no give at all. The only way I can use it is to put it under a thin pillow.

These peanut balls are rock hard and not what I was hoping for, not intended for people who are trying to slowly work out their tension.

Suggested by my PT. It helps alleviate the pain after gardening or heavy lifting. I can place this anywhere from skull to lower back and it helps.

Wonderful product for a woman who has constant back problems because of large breasts. Helps w neck and spine
