Highly inferior product. Not worth it. Untrustworthy seller.
Very slow operation. Battery drains very fast and charging takes hours. Camera is relatively low quality. Useless system apps take up far to much space and cannot be removed. Functionality is inferior to phone's of the same cost. Update. The seller only refunded me half of the cost of the phone and demanded me change my review. There are better options.

Durable, Reliable, Dependable Rugged Phone
The media could not be loaded. This Blackview phone is Surprisingly pretty good for the price. Feels and looks really sturdy. This phone comes with several advantages right off the back. I didn't have to buy a protective case and screen protector for it, it's already part of the phone. Normally I pay about $20 alone on the case and protective screen plus the phone. Not anymore with this Blackview phone it is an (all in one) amazing deal. Calls and texting are pretty clear in my area in the High Desert and works fantastic with Tmobile network. Connects easily with my wifi at home and Bluetooth devices like airpods and wireless headphones without hesitation. I enjoy doing outdoor activities like hiking and working out but now I dont worry about if I will accidentally drop my phone and damage it...this phone feels really sturdy and has good grip for easy handling. Pics and videos are 720 HD and to me it looks pretty good when I post pictures with my family...This phone does allow for some gaming capabilities like PUBG...although at times there was little lag but this Blackview phone still handled the game pretty well. The Battery life is great on this Blackview phone it has a 5580 mah battery and this phone lasted all day even after gaming and streaming videos on youtube. I am very satisfied with the durable feel to it and the waterproof features. I am glad this is the direction Blackview phones are headed and thankful for them making a great phone and finally phones that can last a long time...this is the way phones should be made Durable, Reliable, and Dependable and so they don't get broken or get water damage and have to buy new phones all the time. Looking forward in getting another great Blackview rugged phone for my son.

Solidly Constructed
I bought the all black BV4900 for myself. I've had quite a few cell phones over the past 25+ years and this one, by far, is the most rugged as it's aptly named. Also, this is the 1st cell phone I haven't had to charge every single day. The 5580mAh battery really makes a difference. I've been averaging 3 days of moderate use between charges. Heavy use - two days - still impressive. I had no problems connecting to AT&T, but shortly after I received the phone, I switched to Consumer Cellular and did so with no problems. This phone does use a Nano size SIMS card, so that may be the only thing you'll need to upgrade from your service provider. Luckily, the phone I was replacing, an LG5, already had a Nano card. I also added a 32gb Micro SD card to make sure I have plenty of storage space on the phone. The display is sharp and colorful, the camera is nothing to brag about, but also is not something to find fault with - it's simply quite adequate. Bottom line is, two weeks after purchasing this phone, I ordered another one for my wife - with green trim so we can tell them apart easily. Her current phone was max'd out with Android 6 (un-upgradeable) and was receiving notices that her banking app would soon no longer support her version of Android. The BV4900 comes with Android 10 so that solved that. My wife loves her phone also.

DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!
Screen broke after 1 month, the USB slot cover came off after 2 months. My alarms stopped working, I can't get text message notifications, most of the notifications stopped working. Worst camera since 2005.i can't say enough bad things about this phone. The battery is huge but u used an app to measure its preformence and it was o ly at 80% of what it said the first day!Edit: the company reached out to me to make things better and provided excellent customer service, because of this I changed my review.

Good but slow
I bought this as a 2nd phone to put on my motorcycle. I wanted something tough and waterproof without having to worry about my main phone getting damaged thru vibrations or accidently falling off. I am not placing calls with this, but using apps like weather radar, dashboard apps, Waze, etc to supplement my gps.The phone works by me hot spotting to it and the apps work. What I don't like is there is so much lag when swiping through the phone screens or switching apps. It runs the apps fine, just it's so slow when using the phone features. If I were to make this my main phone, I would be very annoyed by the lag. As a cheap, secondary phone it suits my needs on the cycle.

Lasted 3 months, but customer service rocks!
This phone felt heavy duty, but only lasted 3 months. The screen has cracked from an accidental drop. Screen is no longer functional.Update: After writing this review the seller has reached out to make it right. Seller offered to replace item free of charge. What an awesome customer service and I'm happy to share that they stand by their products.
