Be prepared this is a long review
I just returned from a 4 night trip that involved rain 3 out of 4 nights and relatively high winds that were gusting to about 60kph. I feel that I have enough experience to offer a fair review of this product.Let's start with the materials, construction and set up and the set up.The materials are solid quality the nylon is as robust as a 20d nylon is going to get. It is of the ripstop variety on the fly and the bathtub floor. Above the the bathtub floor is followed on the 3 sides without the door by a standard nylon without the silicone coating of the fly and floor. This lack of silicone makes it breathable to help airflow. On top of this and the entire door are mesh. The poles are aluminum and would sit well above the bargain basement products out there. On the other side of that, don't expect them to be as good as the high end brands as they are smaller diameter and seem less robust compared to anther tent that I paid $700cdn for (high end name brand so my experience is first hand).Stitching is absolutely fine with no loose threads and all the seams that need to be taped are taped. Over all the construction is of good quality with a couple of not so good points. Unfortunately the measurements/cutting/stitching accuracy seems a bit off at the door. The zipper works absolutely great except as the top corner that opens completely. There is a small section that is extremely tight to the point that a one handed job now becomes a two handed job to close the zipper around the corner. The other issue is that the cross pole on the top is excessively tight to the point that the seams of the mesh portion of the tent where it attaches are stressed to the point that you see the stitching. It looks like over time it will be a weak spot and eventually tear there.Setup is very quick and easy if you have even the least bit of experience with hub design tent poles. If you don't have any experience it will take you 11 minutes instead of 10 to finish. This tent comes with all the guy lines that you have loops for and when completely staked out it is a very solid pitch. As mentioned before the hub cross pole is very tight and can be a little bothersome to set by one person if you are shorter where taller people will find it easier.Moving on to what it is like to sleep in this tent. I admit I was nervous about the waterproofness of such an inexpensive tent as I am used to the expensive stuff. The tent came through with flying colors. We had 3 nights of rain and wind. One was fairly light and two were significant. On the worst night we received rain most of the afternoon before an evening break then all night to 9am. The tent DID NOT LEAK so much as a drop. 100% score on waterproof for the fly and floor. There is one major flaw with the tent when it comes to water control. I don't know if it is quality control or a design error. The footprint is larger than the tent floor. This means that any water that runs down from the bathtub floor or splashes from the ground will be caught by the foot print and pool between the floor and foot print. It has the potential to be a problem under the right set of circumstances. A foot print should be designed to be slightly smaller than the tent floor in order to prevent this problem. The one dry night is the only night I can comment on with regards to condensation as a test at 100% humidity would not be fair. The vents are designed well and were reasonably effective in the breeze. There was some condensation but not to a level that it was dripping or an issue. The door for the fly could also be a potential issue in wind and rain. There are no fasteners for the flap that covers the zipper at the top of it. There is one at the bottom corner where the zipper begins and one on the side of the flap. The flap could also stand to to be a little wider. As it stands wind can flip the flap up exposing the fly's zipper to direct rain. As with most tents the rated size of 3 person is true but truly comfy with 2 +gear. I'm still not sure what I think about having my head at the door but I've only ever had tents with the door(s) with a side entry. I may or may not just get used to it but it is too soon to tell. I'm 6' tall and length is not an issue with this tent. I did not feel crowded in length.Over all I really like this tent. I will continue to use it but with a different footprint. None of my negative points are deal breakers for me. When I consider the price of this tent vs the high end stuff, I see an excellent value. Sure, the high end stuff is better but if you can't justify the difference in price vs how much better then this is a great buy.The reason it didn't rate higher in stars is the design issue with the foot print and the tightness of the hub pole and zipper which compromise longevity.

Perfect lightweight 1-person tent, on a budget to boot!
I wanted a lighter tent than my North Face StormBreak2 for sectioning the AT. After reading the reviews of this tent, I ordered the silver model.I just got back from a 1-night test trip. The tent set up quickly; bonus points for including a footprint and full set of tent pegs (2 extra!) in the listed weight. I had 2 enthusiastic Springer Spaniels with me and the tent held up to their wiggles. My only concern is that the zippers work a bit hard; I will see how they hold up on future adventures.

Naturehike customer service does not even reply!!!
Took tent out for my first trip with it. I was impressed by how easy it went together but when I woke up the next morning and went to leave the tent the zipper broke. Now I can’t close the rain fly…. Very upset

High value item
This is really a decent tent. It's relatively light, especially when taking the price into consideration. The asymmetric design allows anyone to leave or enter the tent without having to crawl over eachother, regardless of the your orientation inside the tent. The pole design is interesting. It pieces together really fast. The tent sets up and takes down incredibly fast too. No fussing with shoving tent poles down long sleeves. If you're using the tent footprint, you can take the tent down while the footprint keeps the rain fly in place, allowing you to pack up your tent without getting the inside wet. That's a decent feature. My one real complain is that the poles don't do a great job keeping the sides of the tent taught. The front and back are tight, but the sides are kinda floppy and it makes the floor space small and less defined. A better pole design or guy line attachment points would have gone a long way here. For the price this is a very good tent.

Nice
Easy up, leary of the pole as it came slightly bent.... testing it out next weekend. Sure wish it was a bit wider.... wouldn't want a 2nd or 3rd person in it...too small
