Q: Has anyone used these packets with tannerite? If so... how many packets did you use and how much tannerite and was the cloud big enough to tell...

Yes!! we packed 1 pound of tannerite in its own container then placed that in a small box and poured 5 packets of color around it. Then we duck taped the box air tight. then put a target on the center for the location to keep the shot in the center of the box. I worked great! I would recommend doing it and get as much color powder as you can for we did 5 packages and it worked well but i think more would have been better.

Q: What will happen if u mix with water?

It doesn't really mix well. The main ingredient is cornstarch and that doesn't mix with water.

Q: Can you put this in a pumpkin to smash it?

Yes, I would try lining the pumpkin so the powder doesn't get wet though. It will be clumpy and won't make a big cloud if it gets wet.

Q: Could I mix the powder with water? I want to mix two buckets of liquid and have it dumped on our heads.

This doesn't mix well with water. The base is a cornstarch which doesn't mix with water.
