broke on first use!!!!
The quick release handle thing that attaches to the bike rack snapped on my first ride!! Went for a leisurely ride to the shops and found that the basket had moved around (despite me also fixing it down with an extra strap) had caused the handle to break away.Really gutted, this is not a cheap item.Two stars as at least I can use this as a general carrying trolley...

Perfect example of how products should be designed
Designed to solve the problems I have been trying to solve for years: something stylish, strong, foldable, easy to install, doing its main job and does not break straight away. The best design of a product I have seen in my entire life (I work in product management). Congratulations, well done, highly recommended and worth the money I paid for it.

Very flimsy
Very flimsy product, not what I would expect from this company. As long as nothing delicate or of any worth is to be carried, I would use it. Otherwise it’s gathering dust in my garage.
