It was a horrible experience. I felt the hot at the beginning and I thought it was a good thing but then it turned into itching and painful. So I checked my skin out and it was red and irritated. I removed it immediately but the burning sensation remained for the rest of the day. No recommendation at all.

Pues el calor lo empece a sentir casi inmediatamente, creo que me empece a angustiar por el calor repentino y me distraje de tal forma que ni me lleve la botella de agua.Camino al gimnasio en el carro, el calor se intensificaba y yo ni había llegado al gimnasio, no sabia si regresarme a casa o ya asumir la situación y continuar con mis planes. Llegue al gimnasio y de una me subí a la caminadora, no me podía concentrar, me sudaban hasta los huecos de la nariz, las orejas, parecía un pollo de rotisería. I use this cream for about two months. I was not impressed with it at all. I could feel the heat, but that’s it. This product did not work for me.
