Am I able to return these? They are stykish but more fitting as costume jewelry since they only stayed chilled out of their pouch for 20 minutes. I am a real estate photographer in Houston, Tx and maybe the heat here is just too much for them(?). At this price, I would like to return them and just go and buy those fabric wrapped gel scarves that basically chill for the same amount of time but I could buy several of those to swap out in one day instead of just one 20 minute zap of coolness.
