As a novice "runner" I normally use the handheld bottles but needed something else as I progress to the longer runs. Ordered this product based on other reviews and am absolutely delighted with it. Used it on a 10 mile run and it worked out better than expected. With side straps to tighten so it doesn't "wobble" on your back while running aswellas two adjustable clips at the front the fit was secure yet comfortable. Pockets useful for tissues (or gels if used) or for key storage etc. There's two zip pockets aswell (and they are discreet and not bulky on the vest) which holds mobile phone perfectly (in my case, Samsung galaxy note, without a case). Reflective bits aswell for darker times. Came with a weird little whistle thing which I removed as it was fairly useless. Backpack washed well (30 degrees slow spin wash) and the water holder I just sloshed water around it on the inside and fed thru the tube to clean. The top if the tube and lid clip is cleanable with little bit of washing up liquid and rinsed well. Dried with putting couple sheets kitchen tissue paper inside the main water holder. When filling for use onthe day, be sure to get all air bubbles out of the wster bag and suck water thru the tube so it's "ready to go" during the run. Material is strong and good quality. Not too hot on back when runni g, there's vent-like mesh on the back part. Cannot fault this item, 110% recommend it. Hapoy purchasing and running :-)

I purchased the hydration backpack along with the 1.5 litre water bladder and the combination is one of the best training aids that I've ever bought. I should have bought one years ago. Having water constantly available throughout runs to 10 miles and over has eliminated any occurrences of cramp that I used to experience later in the day.The 1.5 litre bladder obviously adds weight to the backpack when it's full of water but if you tighten the adjusting straps sufficiently it doesn't bounce around while you're running and the weight becomes almost unnoticeable. It is very comfortable while running. There's also room for additional bottles/nutrition bars/gels/phone/keys in the front pockets and a separate compartment in the back to maybe put a folded rainproof jacket. If the backpack is only required for short runs, I would say that the front pockets provide more than enough room for water bottles and essentials without purchasing the water bladder. A spare bottle could be carried in the backpack for swapping over during the run.The feeding tube on the bladder (if purchased) is easy to use IF YOU FOLLOW THE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS! I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this item and if I'd paid any attention to those reviews slating the feeding tube and the mouthpiece operation then I wouldn't have bought it, but it is actually very good. I also found that removing any air bubbles from the bladder when filling it, ensured that there was always water at the mouthpiece during running.The backpack is very well made in my opinion and it washes well after use if necessary. I'm using it twice a week at the moment, so only time will tell how sturdy it will be in the long term. I would fully recommend this item.

Very lightweight and easy to adjust to fit. Wore for a 7 mile run yesterday and no issues at all. Water bladder holds lots of water- my only issue is I’d like more front zip pockets but overall very happy and would but again

Great for the price. Bought for an Ultra marathon.Bladder is sturdy and hasn't leaked. Easy to use Enough room for a few extra things in the main compartment with the bladder. Other pockets at the front are very handy too. Would recommend.

This running backpack is absolutely perfect for my runs. I’m small framed and previous running packs haven’t fitted me well but this pack is so comfortable. There are adjustable straps so it can fit snug with no movement (or rubbing of the skin) it’s lightweight. The bladder is a perfect size, easy to use on the move. All the little pockets accessible & secure so are ideal for phone, snacks, tissues, keys leaving your hands and pockets free. I highly recommend this product to runners!

This is one of the better ones on the market, great features and quality. I use mine every time I go out running whether it’s 5K, 10k or longer. Very lightweight and compact and at a very good price. Why spend 3 times as much on one of the big name brands when this is just as good.

This vest was purchased to use for running the London marathon, there are plenty of alternatives out there that are more expensive but this one did the trick just right, no rubbing, good spread of the weight and the hydration bladder worked really well. Space for food and can also hold a modern sized phone (I.e. reasonably large)Would reccomend and this will be used again for marathons, training etc.

This is perfect for longer runs. I can fit phone, snacks, keys and a small soft water bottle in the front pockets. The hydration pack included works well (though the cap came off on the first use - it doesn't leak, so I'm not too concerned by this). I particularly like being able to adjust where the chest strap sits - the straps can slide up and down to a position that is comfortable for you. I would buy again.
