Maxcatch Nexus Double zoom 13/14.7ft Tenkara rod
After my first try of tenkara rod trout fishing I'm really impressed with this rod. It feels like the rod can land a way bigger fish than what it does for me. When fully extended it can be a bit heavier and unbalanced but when extended at 13ft long it feels very nice in hand.

Hi The rod is a bit expensive but when you see the quality and the rod action for a teliscopic rod and you get a very strong carry tube and bag you are getting value for money.

Great little rod ideal for backpacking and hiking
This rod is ideal for fitting in my back box on my motorcycle,I go to upper Teesdale and fish thereHave not used it yet close season for trout but tried it out withe various lines on a local pond a bit stiff but very usable have tried other small rods and found they are mostly on the stiff side anyway 👍

NOT happy
First day out with it today. Started well and I like the tenkara philosophy. Inevitably, though, I broke the rod tip and now find Maximum Catch do not stock them for this rod. Seems I have wasted my money. :-(
