Like my oneliner states, it's the truth.The Flavor is good with a bit of a vitamin aftertaste but it's pre-workout.... you're not sipping it like a fine wine. Next is the affect... Effect? For an extra kick you can mix it with Nitraflex pre-workout (also offered by GAT Sport [has stimulant]) for a really powerful workout.All in all, you feel jacked, last for hours, and feel ready to hit it hard the next day .... 😏
