I haven’t used this. It came spilled everywhere! It’s a sticky mess

No safety seal, unsafe to use
There was no safety seal. Dried crusty pigment around tip. Not sanitary and unsafe to use on clients. Super bummed as I’ve always had good luck with past orders.
