Alba BotanicaHawaiian Anti-pollution Volcanic Clay Scrub, 100 g

I am new to the ALBA brand and glad I have found it. This scrub works well and is reasonably priced. What is there not to like!!! I am going to be purchasing more of ALBA :)

My Asian butt has hella sensitive skin. EVERY PRODUCT I USE DOESN"T WORK OR MAKES ME BREAK OUT. It's frustrating because I have PCOS, so my hormonal imbalance results in my skin not being the clearest. This is the FIRST ever product that I've used that worked.Proactive, Neutrogena, any other brand name or product marketed to white people mess with my skin. I usually have to scour the web to find Japanese or Korean products that might work, but nothing is in English and my Japanese isn't the greatest. Alternatively, this product doesn't take forever to ship to me AND a little goes a long way. It works well, and I can understand what's actually on the product. lol

I’m almost 40 and I’ve used the same “Swiss” product since the 90’s. At my age I need a little more for my skin to feel and be healthy. It’s been a hard path traveled trying to find a product that fit not only my skin type but one that’s animal and eco friendly and priced for the common salary, too.I’ve used Alba products in the past but never found a good fit for my face - always left my skin feeling too oily or too dry - as with other brands - but wanted to give it a shot because I loved the botanica body wash and lotion.I’m SO HAPPY I gave it a go! My skin is smoother, softer and cleaner and I just use one kind of cleanser - this one! This paired with my rose hip toner and my moisturizer, my face feels like silk. I get so many compliments for how nice and youthful my skin looks.

This product was amazing before they changed their packaging. As they claim “only” their bottle design changed. Sadly like all good products do they also changed their formula. It’s main Ingredient was always water. But with this new version it’s feels like it’s all water. & my skin noticed it right away. The product doesn’t cleanse as well anymore and it’s gotten more expensive over time. I would much rather drive around town to find their old version and pay for what I’m actually getting. Do not buy this product anymore! Look for their old version at your local grocery store.

This has been my favorite exfoliating wash for many years. I love the light scent and the combination of the wash plus tiny granules. Exfoliation is so important to healthy skin and this product is perfect for that. Never scrub hard, just a gentle wash with this will do it. It should be fine for sensitive skin but do check the ingredient list in case specific ingredients both you. I wash my face twice a day and usually use this product once a day.
