TULRetractable Gel Pens, Bullet Point, 0.7 mm, Gray Barrel, Assorted Standard Ink Colors, Pack of 8

I tried using these right out of the box and they skipped, stopped writing, etc. I thought perhaps they had a waxy coating on the tips to prevent leaking when stored that would rub off when 1st used, but no luck after trying to scribble with them for a bit. I ended up returning them and later found out from a friend that they actually have small caps on the end. I had another set I hadn't returned yet and upon carefully looking, sure enough, each new pen had a tiny clear tip that needs to be removed. I guess my eyes just aren't that good anymore, but I feel badly that I returned something that was really fine. I wouldn't be surprised if many people encountered the same thing I did, and returned or wrote a bad review of the product, when in fact, they're great pens.

I confess, I'm a little bit of a pen kleptomaniac .... The waiter at a restaurant gave me this pen to sign the check, and I liked it so much that I almost swiped it from him! But he said his daughter gave it to him, so how could I take it?I got the pack with three colors, and all three colors are vibrant. Now I have several, so if someone swipes one from me, I'll have a few left.

I love these pens. They write very smooth and with no effort. I thought I was ordering fine point but didn’t read the description right. The medium point does bleed onto the backside unlike the fine point pens. Other than that, I am very happy with the purchase.

I am a big fan of Tul pens and I bought these for that aqua-ish between the blue and black. I have no idea what color it is like, but I love it. It is always nice to have extra blue and black pens, too. Love the way they write and they don't bleed.

I just love TUL pens. These worked perfectly fine. The ink runs out rather quickly but I don’t mind. I type most of all but when I do need to take notes I like this brand because it is easier on my wrists. Very effortless writing.
