There aren't many studies, but this is a very unusual supplement with some intriguing elements of research around its benefits - of which I urge you to take some real time researching.I feel this is one of those that could be quite potent, and just because we can buy it easily doesn't mean we should not take care. I will be looking more closely at dosages and how to ensure I am only contributing positively to my own health.I had intended to take this straight away as I instantly recognised its relationship to resveratrol, but, as with all, I do a bit of due diligence just to make sure and that's when I found the above.I will be treating this supplement with respect, and doing some much deeper research to ensure I'm gaining what appear to be some very interesting potential benefits!One of the most intriguing supplements I have come across in a while.Four stars as I can't judge its qualities quite yet and they're making some hefty "may" claims in the title. and if you're selling a supplement, I'd like them not to sound like they're easily suitable for all to take and encourage people to research (this is by NO means unique to this maker, by the way, but is something I warn of on any supplement that's anything other than inert whilst being effective - and not many are, there are often contra-indications on even the most common of supplementations)Remember - do your research so you get the benefits appropriately of any supplements! :)

I have been taking this for nearly two weeks now and I have noticed an improvement in my circulation especially at night, I have less pain in my hands and feet. They are easy to swallow capsules and you take one a day with some water. I take mine in the evening.

Capsule are intact, easy to swallow, and haven't produced any undesired effects. That's about all I can say for these.
