Digital Caliper, 6 inch Micrometer with Large LCD Screen, Inch and Millimeter Conversion Vernier, Measuring Tool for Household DIY

Just need a simple caliper/micrometer then this will do the job. It is great for around the house and making measurements on my tech stuff, does the job and is accurate enough. I wouldn't purchase this to carry around in an industrial environment, heavy tool use, or for professional grade accuracy. For that I would buy a much sturdier and much more expensive piece of gear. However if this is for home use and general measurement it will do fine and save you some money.

These digital calipers were much less expensive than the others. However, they work just as well. They are sensitive to a 10th of a millimeter. They include outer and inner dimensional functionality. They convert easily from metric to imperial. They came with batteries!The negatives are that the packaging is cheap. The item wasn’t sealed and there were some minor scratches on the display. It also has a cheap, plasticky feel. But, these are nits. I needed a set of digital calipers to measure things every now and then. For this $5.00 price, you cannot beat these calipers. I would buy them all day long.

Simply did not work. Changed battery - no improvement. Cannot hold zero. Numbers jump around wildly. Screen wigs out often and eventually just freezes.

Not impressed but luckily I just need this to get me a rough measurement. The caliper itself is pretty flimsy. Just sliding it you feel the whole thing flex and twist. Mine, as you can see in the photo, came with the screen all scratched up as well. Packaging was perfect so it was either returned damaged or damaged in manufacturing. Not worth the hassle to return it but I absolutely wouldn’t suggest buying one unless you just want something super cheap that works for most things except precise measurements.

unlike every other caliper I've owned, cheap or not, this one is made of plastic.

If you need this for precise measurements, it wont work. But if you need it for hobby work around the house or office, I have found this to be a good low cost option. I am able to let my young kids use it without too much concern of them damaging a highly sophisticated piece of equipment.

While I don't expect to rely on this for ultra close tolerances, for the price, it's fine. Most of my construction levels are made from the same fiber-reinforced plastic and they are as good as their pricey aluminum counterparts.

I use this mainly for quick measurements that don't require a super accurate reading and as a "loner" for my associates so I don't worry about it being lost or damaged as I would with my expensive, very accurate Calipers used for more preciision work.Accurate for the price, sturdy Carbon fiber body. Slide is smoothe and even. The display is easy to read and the jaws are aligned well for a cheap unit. The only downbside is there is no fractional inch display we use all three measurements and other buyers may too.. That there is no lock screw to lock the measuring head at any point but the mesuring head glides smooth and snug on the rail so that may not be a big issue for a lot of users.. Great for day to day quick measurments and an excellent bargain .

I forgot to take its picture but the caliper i received was not working & there was a crack & many scratches on the screen. Thankfully there is return option. I returned.
