No more leaks
I installed these charge kits on two ZT 3100 transaxles on my Hustler Fast Track super duty mower. The instructions were very informative. So, installation was breeze. I mowed 3 acres of grass and NO leaks. The product is well made and precise. Both of my transaxles were leaking bad. And after reading the reviews on this product I decided to repair both of my transaxles. Good choice. Great product.

Fixes a generic issue with some hydro gear transmissions.
Fits perfectly and completely stopped the hydraulic leak from my zero turn mower. Had a similar leak from the other side transaxle and the same kit fixed it three years earlier.

A necessary upgrade
If you have HydroGear transaxles with the old style charge pump, this should be a mandatory upgrade. They go on easy and solve a lot of the problems with the longevity of the transaxle. If you wanna see it done, Tarrylfixesall has a video detailing this process

Fit and back running
This fit my Gravely Zt XL 54 hydro gear steering pumps as described. They have to be oriented a certain way so take note of what pumps you have. Don’t assume they are the same model numbers either. They have different numbers and will probably have different orientations.

Seems to be a Good updated heavy duty replacement
Perfect replacement for my ZT-2800 transmission. New unit is obviously made of a steel cast as it was very heavy compared to original. My original leaked from the o ring seal as others have mentioned. Only had one leaking. When the other side starts leaking I will replace it with this new model. Hopefully it stops leak for a long time. As others have mentioned, be sure to get oriented so you Install it the same direction as the one you pull off and it will work as intended.
