Loved the product!! As someone who is active, constantly on the go and eats multiple meals this is an amazing ad-on to my already stellar routine. I use it first thing in the morning and it ensures a vibrant and healthy bathroom experience. I also felt more energized, less sluggish and full during my meals throughout the day! I’m living sylly from this day forth.

Is the best option I could find for single packers. It tastes the same and is soluble as other brands of psyllium husk that I use for daily use.

This come out has a husk so not powder but still works great! Thanks!

I like that there is no additives vs Metamucil in the go which is really your only other choice for psyllium packaged like this

I didn't see any confirmation of whether the Sylly 4g labeling meant 4g of fiber or 4g of psyllium husk. Scale confirms it is 4g of psyllium husk. The 4g of weight equals ~3g of fiber assuming the same makeup as the NOW Foods version (7g of fiber at 9g weight per serving). Basically, 2 packets is almost the equivalent of a 1tbsp serving of the NOW powdered psyllium husk product. If you're using a full serving of NOW, that makes Sylly an extremely expensive alternative at almost $2 per serving (Sylly) vs almost $0.25 per serving (NOW).The Sylly product is much less fine than the NOW version as well. It can leave a large gritty texture in your mouth after drinking. Not really an issue as long as you have something clean to wash it down with (I usually have a cup of coffee ready), but something like this would bug me if I didn't have something to drink after.Overall it's just OK as a daily supplement. Where it shines is as a travel supplement IMO. The packaging makes this much easier to pack and use in a hotel. I will continue to buy the Sylly product for that use, but continue to go with NOW for home use. A finer milling and lower price would be the 2 best upgrades for this product IMO.

I bought this for a trip so I could have my fiber on the go and easily mix with bottled water since we would be in a hotel for a week. Metamucil has packets but it's so loaded with sugar I can't stomach it. I knew this wouldn't taste that great because it's sugar free and unflavored so I expected that. What I did not expect was it's inability to dissolve in water. I poured a packet into a 3/4 full bottle of water and shook for about a minute. It didn't dissolve. I shook some more, it didn't dissolve. Drinking this partially dissolved fiber is like swallowing slimy clumps of straw. It's horrible. I managed to get the whole bottle down one day. The next day I gagged halfway through and had to stop. I gave up and just dealt with the consequences of no fiber supplement for a few days. On the days I did drink it, it did not help near as much as what I normally use. Probably because it wasn't dissolved properly. Maybe if you mixed this in with food it would be fine but that defeats the purpose of single serve packs which, I am assuming, are designed for travel. I'm throwing the rest of my pack out and will not repurchase.

I really wasn’t sure if this was going to do anything for me but I am delighted with the product I use it once a week it really helps my digestive track and it’s not difficult to swallow

Purchased for an overseas vacation as I did not want to bring a big bottle of powder with me. I did not like the flavor or texture. Since I have so many left over I will try to mix juice or something other than water.
