One firmware update on the printer rendered these useless - the printer did not recognize the cartridges. The vendor was kind enough to provide a refund for purchase.

I purchased this ink cartridge packet because it was cheaper than the actual Epson brand. However, the quality is still the same and the price is maybe 30 to 40% off.Having said that, I did encounter one issue. When you insert these cartridges into your Epson printer, it may or may not recognize it as one of their cartridges, so the instructions inside of the cartridges advise you to take them out and then reinstall them a couple times until they work.That is all that I needed. It works. I will continue to order from this seller again however, I'm now having a unrelated ink issue with my printer.Ill def be back for more ink but it may not be the same printer brand.

If you are having problems with these cartridges, such as "does not recognize cartridge", it is not the fault of the cartridge, it is EPSON. If you did a recent firmware update it inhibits the ability of the printer to recognize third party or rebuilt cartridges. This is just another shining example of corporate greed and micromanagement of YOUR property. I will never buy another EPSON product, companies that engage in these kind of practices need to be boycotted for eternity. But, there is a solution. You can downgrade the firmware to a previous version (Google it) and this will get you printing again.

you know i thoght i would give an off brand a try. well bad idea wont do it again. and this is why. you have to go thru to much n order to contact the wth order numbers and how to doo t. N im already have problems wtth your product and now you want be to go thru BS just to contact you . I did not want to say anything bad about them . I just wanted to talk with the person to person to get ths taken care of . but when they had me go thru drama just to complaiiin. its not worth my time and just to let you know that I dont have money to toss into a trash bin .thanks

Works great. Same price as refill but much cleaner, proper package and cart. Chip works well. Color profile very accurate. Much cheaper than OEM. Very very very good. If you do not do heavy printing and do not need a continuous ink supply system, this beats the refillable/re settable cars.I ordered 3 sets , one in machine 2 spares. Very Very Very Good! Money well spent.

I have had great experiences with this brand. When I purchased my new printer, I bought their ink. The price is not significantly lower than the brand name, so the cost advantage is not as good as my previous printer. Print quality was excellent, and the printer recognized the cartridge. There are others available, that will send an error message, and your printer will not accept it, but this one works.

I replaced my magenta not too long ago with this ink and had no issues but when I try to install the cyan cartridge, my printer won't recognize it. Tried cleaning and resetting but nothing works.
