I have to be honest here. I have had headaches and migraines since I've been 15 years old. Doctors are all over the place trying to figure out why I'm in so much pain. But throughout the years I have been trying holistic things to pills to just anything in general to help at least to calm it down a little bit. While some things help to some extent for like a short period of time. I have never encountered something like this before. For some reason just being able to take that 15 minutes just get away from everyday life, and play the music through your phone into the headpiece like some meditation music. The massage and the heat on the top and the back in the eye part of the helmet really helps to calm you down. It's very easy to use and extremely helpful out of everything that I have tried so far. I think it also helps with anxiety and anxiousness. The app is very helpful so you can change things around. The only reason why I keep it a four out of five is because the directions are kind of vague. I ended up looking on YouTube to just kind of get an overview of it and making sure I understood how to use it. They were like maybe two to three pages of English of just the main components. Clearly in the directions there wasn't any details to it. The YouTube video that I watched was extremely helpful though so I was able to experience the helmet fully. It was very comfortable at first it was like what the heck was I doing but as I got more experience with using it LOL I started to get more comfortable with it. Originally this was a higher price that was hacked down a little bit and then there's a coupon. For the price that I paid for it I feel yes it was kind of still expensive. But I felt like it was worth every penny. It just kind of transfers you to a different Oasis where your mind, body, and head just feels so relaxed afterwards. definitely would recommend for headaches, migraines, and even sinus and anxiety.i do get extreme headaches and migraines. So for a product to make me feel this way is a plus. If you're a person who feels very confined by things it might not be the thing for you. But personally in my opinion this is been a very helpful item that I've recently bought. And yes I've had people look at me like I was an absolute nut like my mother when she walked in and I had this helmet on. But I really didn't care because I was so relaxed hahaha

So where to start. This thing feels great if you're holding it in place with your hands. The top head part doesnt adjust so if you put it all the way down (unless you have a long head..), the eye part will not be in line with where it needs to be. If that were the case, they should've made it where the front and back part adjust up and down instead. Next, since it doesnt fit correctly, the temple massagers just touch your head and then left and lower the helmet over and over instead of massaging the temples. It really takes away from the experience it's supposed to give.Next, the soft rubber top head massager does nto feel soft or rubber while its trying to massage you. They for some reason feel like they're made out of metal which jam into your head and then .... move the mask around. They should have been the same massage fingers that are on the mask and I think it would've felt much better. Maybe soft rollers made of little air bags instead.Anyways, the face part and the back part are great by themselves and you're holding them in place yourself. I think they have a cheaper mask with just the front and back parts with an adjustable top cushioned piece so you miss out on the metal spikes.I'm probably even giong to buy one myself. What they really should do is make each piece modular so you can add to it when you have the money. Modular and....adjustable. Then pay me a % for the idea after it sells like crazy.....cough...

Too pricey (although I received a great discount), too heavy (rubber tips on top of helmet hurt scalp) and app doesn't turn off or pause sounds/music after pairing to phone. I was disappointed and returned for refund as defective. Instruction booklet was in several languages but instructions were minimal.

With all honesty the device isn’t that bad. A lot of reviews really seem to hate the device. However here is my experience. Yes it’s expensive, but you won’t find another device on the market that does what it’s doing. The top scalp part is uncomfortable yes. However you can turn that entirely off and just everything else. It is nice to listen to your own music.l via Bluetooth. It’s doesn’t come with any instructions and does take a little bit to figure out how to use via the app. Once you do though it really just comes down to personal preference. I think the price at 300-400 is a bit much and maybe should be less but then again, you won’t find another device on the market doing what it’s doing.

My husband purchased this for me as a gift for my bad migraines. The idea of it is great and it does help with some relief of my migraines. The cost alone is what I have an issue with. Like a previous reviewer stated… a price point around 150-200 would be still on the high side but more reasonable for this product.

If you are petite, this machine won’t work for you. Unfortunately the temple massagers and the neck massagers didn’t give me much pressure. The head scratcher just presses down on the head and would hurt…I don’t usually have a sensitive scalp, but who knows. I really was excited about getting this machine at the discounted price, because I’ve been waiting for about a year to buy it. I was very disappointed, but that doesn’t mean you will be. I just don’t think my small head is compatible with this machine. I mostly purchased it for the head massager part and all that does is go up and down. I thought I would have some sort of kneading type of massage, but unfortunately it didn’t. Maybe they can work on that feature. Did love how it played music, and the eye compression part was very relaxing.

The problem was eye peace, removing them made the product useable.===========================================This thing will push your head in various places. Lower neck is just two humps with no movement. Crown of your head massager is pathetic to say the least.After 5 min my head feels like I was in a boxing ring!!!===========================================

Do not buy. I am not one for giving bad reviews but…. The massaging section for the top of the head is so painful, it scratches your scalp and feels as though it is piercing it. Even with that section turned off, due to the weight of the helmet it still pushes down and hurts your scalp. The other massage sections are airbags and whilst they do not hurt, they really don’t work effectively, only squeezing your head then releasing. You would hope that the product would be relaxing but in fact it has the opposite effect, making you tense up in anticipation of more pain. Worst of all, I now see that there is no return option unless damaged or defective and no route to discuss. However I will be finding a way to contact and return as it is defective since it is not fit for purpose.

Brought it for $499 and returned. The instruction manual is neither clear nor professional. It is heavy on head and difficult to hold. The scalp massage is painful as I feel like the spikes are digging into my skull. No sleep mode. Very basic function. It is not worthy of even half of its price. Saw a promotion video saying it’s comfortable but it is not. Also the product ambassador is infamous for letting his fans cyberbully whoever criticize his performance on TV. I think most of the price goes to the ambassador, not product quailty.

I’ve been using this head massage machine for a few weeks, I think it has proven to be a good purchase. The kneading massage mode is excellent at relieving stress around my eyes and provides a smoothing and relaxing massage for my head.Every night, after 15 mins treatment, it gets me sleepy. I really love the top side scalp massager, which goes up and down, stimulate my scalp. I just hope it will help my hair regrowth.
