Happy I found this!
I wasn't sure what to think about using coffee extract, as I had never heard of it before. I stumbled across the suggestion from someone who makes a lot of smoothies. I love this product! I use it in smoothies, and also to make blended ice coffee (almond milk, 3 tsp. coffee extract and ice in a blender). It is so convenient, and I love that it is organic and non-GMO. The shelf life is long too, which is awesome!

Coffee Goodness
This stuff is awesome. At least I think so. I use it a lot to make Coffee Buttercream frosting. Also I've used it in cookies. I like it for the coffee flavor, and use it less for enhancing chocolate. I add Espresso powder to my baking too. Good quality. If you don't want to buy the entire quantity, I have spotted this same extract at Sunflower Market.

Strong coffee flavor
But not the kind that I like. its pretty standard like if you want a hint of coffee but if you add too much it will taste bitter
