My headphone's left side stopped working after a few months of use and I contacted their customer care through email and mobile number provided. No replied for my emails and a lady who attended the call just said: "reply aa jaayega" and nothing else, and the mobile is switched off later when I tried to call again. I was totally shocked to receive such an informal reply from a customer care representative. I feel myself fooled for buying this brand. Will never ever go for this brand. Wasted my money!!

So far all good and worth it.
The only reason I went with these because of that Dual mic concept . I tried few Zoom and Skype calls . Other side parties didn't complaint any issues . Voice seems to be at par flat and no distortions which is good .Only Con I can think of is the desig of headphone are Bulky and rugged .You may not feel comfortable wearing long hours until you have Breaks in between . The longest call I wore is 1hour 15 mins and started feeling uncomfortable. But otherwise this one seems to be a great deal to buy and I am no gamer can't comment there .

Best Buy at this price
Very precise audio while playing games on PS.. Watched movies and the bass is decent n gives the right punch. It also has a volume slider which is cool n easy to up/down the volume. This is a decent buy at this price. The detachable mic does the job while taking long calls or playing games.Please do not compare it with expensive wired earphones especially for comfort. Wore this for 2 hours without much discomfort though.Post unboxing, Please play something at high volume for couple of hours and the output eventually becomes better n better. Happy buying !!!

Not worth of buying
The media could not be loaded. Sound not good diattachable mice is much better then mice.Good for recording audio but can't get good music as well as gaming experience.And it is not loud enough for some case.

This is a heavy duty dual driver gaming earphone. The 4 drivers are just awsome. Bass level is too much high. But one bad thing that i have noticed, this isnot a normal size earphone. Its too much heavy, after 30 mins of using You can even feel the pain. I can use it for max 1 hr. Than i have to take rest for 10 mins before plugin the earphone again. I hope you like it, i am using is for 50-60 days and this is an awsome product..
