Very good service and follow up for product replacement.
This company really followed through with customer service. They are sending the replacement product after confirming through video that the first part had not operated. I am writing this prior to receiving the replacement product and am directly reflecting the customer service that I received. It was personal contact and quick and prompt replies and request for information.Once I receive the product, I will write another report about how well it works. For now, I am impressed with the customer service of replacing a defective product.

Quits working
After a week maybe 2 of having this it has quit working I've contacted the company and they are cussing me of taking it apart. They obviously do not stand behind their product

Poor Quality
Unfortunately this item did not meet my expectations. It was promising at first, but then quickly broke due to poor design. I would definitely pick another option other than this product. Don't waste your money.

works well as a white noise machine
It's really loud. It's a neat concept and looks pretty cool but the only reason I'm keeping it is b/c now I don't have to buy a white noise machine for my office.

Machine sparked before stopping completely
I had the machine on for 1 minute when I heard a pop and sparks flying in the bowl.Then it popped another 2 times and sparks flew again. Machine is now completely broken and the button cannot even be pushed to turn it on.Waste of money.
