This is my 4th one. I have bought one for all my dogs. I keep all their records in one place and don't have to worry about not knowing something when going to Vet. I highly recommend!

This “passport” has 5 pages of journaling space which will not last the life of your pet! The rest of the whole thing is just a lined scribbler. I purchased for a new puppy; I chose this one because it was red and our older dogs is blue. Both passport products ONLY show the outside covers. If you want a lifetime passport for your pet get the pet health passport from M Roache. It has an information section at the front- but then it have pages for 25 years of health records and only 3 pages of lined in back of book. I have returned this one and reordered the mypethealthpassport by M Roache again. It means both will be blue; but at least it will do what you expected it to when you ordered it.Photo 2 is the pages in the M Roache passport. Available here on Amazon.

I bought two of these dog journals in order to keep a vaccination record for my dogs as the ones provided by the vets were full.They look really cute and are good quality, but unfortunately there's only two pages of the 101 page booklet dedicated to a vaccination record.... given that the dogs have a minimum of 3 shots per year... it's going to fill the 20 spaces quite quickly! The rest of the booklet is just blank, lined, journal sheets.... not really what I was expecting... so will have to purchase something else....

Great for keeping data and records but not an official document as those issued by other countries

I am a dog breeder and always send a passport ID with all our puppies, could not get our passports that we normally buy,This is just a big book with fill in information for the first few pages the rest is just blank lined pages,Not something you would carry with you easily.
