Didn’t really need it.
This is a great product, but I didn’t know that one came in the package with the cnc machine. I am using it as my backup.

My Z-Probe Is A Perfect 15mm !
I bought this for my Genmitsu PROVer XL 4030. It is a perfect 15mm as one would expect. There is nothing complex about this or any Z-Probe that works on my CNC machine. It is elegant in its simplicity. It is better than the one that came with the machine.

Exactly what I was looking for
Installed this on my inventables xcarve, has the same z dimension height (15mm) as oem for less than half the price. Works perfect. Just snipped off the end connector and directly wired the red and black wires to the controller.

The surface not smooth
Use for z zero the cnc .The surface is not in the same hight all over the countor. Low quality.

Worth the Price!
This uses a machined aluminum block for the tool touch surface. When checked with a micrometer it was flat with less than one thousandth deviation. Plenty accurate for a woodworking CNC. Nice long cable will work with a variety of machine sizes.

Top and bottom not parallel
Found the block to be 14.90mm thick on one side and 15.15 on the other. A Z-probe for CNC ought to be more accurate.I got this one for the weight of it. Previously I had gotten one of the thin pc-board ones and it often didn't want to lay flat on the stock surface. Not a problem with this one - too bad I'm going to have to find/mark the spot on it where it is actually 15.0mm and then make sure I align things just right when setting up my tool.
