Laowa Venus Full Frame Camera Prime Lens 15mm f/4 Wide Angle Macro Sony FE, Black

Tenia mis dudas al principio, pero este objetivo se ha convertido en uno de mis favoritos, y la razones son:1.- Puedes ponerle filtros ND y Cpl, para mi es indispensable esta caracteristica ya que en condiciones de mucha luz y si quieres mantener un desenfoque o un barrido es necesario que el objetivo admita el uso de filtros sin la necesidad de mecanisos complicados.2.- es macro 1:1. a pesar de ser un objetivo F4, en enfoques macro si lo que buscas es mantener una profundidad de campo lo suficientemente amplia y generar un bokeh al rededor del sujeto, por lo general lo lograras facilmente con el f4 hasta en f11 dependiento de que tanto te acerques al sujeto. pero es genial ver lo nitido que puede ser en f8 en adelante3.- nitidez. aun cuando es un objetivo de 499 dolares, tiene una muy buena nitidez en el centro y se va llendo muy poco hacia las esquinas4.- su construccion.- es un objetivo pesadito, pero que se siente de calidad en la mano, todo el cuerpo es de metal y los anillos de enfoque y diafragma son suaves y precisosEn conclusion es un excelente objetivo que viene bien para paisajes, via lactea, macro, de arquitectura, etc. he disfrutado mucho este objetivo y sin duda alguna se a convertido en uno de mis favoritos, junto al 55mm f/1.8 de sony y el tamron 28-70 f/2.8

When I first received this lens I was thinking about sending it back because it was difficult to focus. It is a really neat lens and I wanted to keep it. I did some online research and changed some default settings on my Sony A7rii and now my pictures are always in focus. Focus Peaking and Focus Magnification are the keys to be able to focus this lens. It is a manual focus lens and I fell short til I used the menu changes on the camera. I love the pics that this lens helps produce. A lot of them are almost like paintings. It is a very useful landscape lens with the bonus of macro for taking pics of bugs or flowers. Remember to enable some settings on your camera to help you focus the lens. I love this lens. I uploaded a few pics. Yesterday when I got this lens I couldn’t focus it. Today I can!

Per me i laowa hanno raggiunto un livello altissimo a livello di ottiche performanti e uniche, lo volevano e ci sono riusciti alla grande, questo è un progetto nato per distinguersi dalla norma, ogni ottica è diversa dall'universo delle ottiche fotografiche.

Qualité optique très bien pour un ultra grand angle, la fonction marco rend cet objectif unique dans sa catégorie et c'est très plaisant à utiliserCependant la fonction Tilt est décevante, sur full frame, un vignettage important apparait en plus d'une dégradation importante de qualité, de plus le blocage du décentrement se décoche facilement ce qui oblige constamment à s'assurer que l'optique est bien centrée car sinon l'ensemble s’affaisse facilement sous son poids.Venus Optics aurait pu laisser de côté cette fonction pas du tout aboutie

Love this lens. I use it with a Sony A7R which has focus peaking to make manual focusing simple and accurate. Although it is a 1:1 macro, to achieve that level one has to virtually touch the lens to the subject. Difficult to light and scares away skittish insects. Where the lens shines is in wide angle macro. Extreme close up while also showing the area behind the subject. Showing it in its environment. Wouldn't recommend if you want the usual macro images which just show the subject. I enjoy the lens as an extreme wide angle lens. The lens shift mechanism works well but requires some practice. Seems sturdy and well constructed. The lens arrived in a timely manner. In about a week. Having the lens has stretched my skills as a photographer. Has inspired me to take different, unique images.
